What we collect
Registration details you provide (name, email, country, profession, reason for joining, AI-tool usage, and generated early-access code), basic analytics about how the site is used, images you choose to scan with public detection, and — after beta access is available and only if you choose — images you submit for protection.
How we use it
To reserve your beta place, send your confirmation and access link, operate the protection module, communicate with you, and improve the technology. We do not sell your personal information or your images.
Your images
Images submitted for public detection are sent to PikSign's detection service to return a forensic result. Images you later submit for protection are processed to provide that service. Only upload images you own or are authorised to scan; contact us to ask about retention or request deletion.

Protection module beta early access
PikSign Protect beta early access is limited to 250 registered users. Beta features are experimental and may change, pause, or be withdrawn. We make no guarantee that protection will prevent every possible manipulation.
Acceptable use
You agree to protect only images you own or have permission to use. You may not use the beta to process content that is unlawful, or that depicts other people without their consent.
Access
Registering reserves a place on the beta waitlist. A private protection-module access link will be sent to the registered email address when the beta is ready.
Changes
We'll notify registered beta users of material changes to these terms by email. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.
